Shipping Policy – House of Sawara
At House of Sawara, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner across India. Please review the following terms governing our shipping process.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 days from the date of order confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
- In case of high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified accordingly.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days from dispatch.
- Non-Metro Locations: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days from dispatch.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical delays, or force majeure events.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is offered on all prepaid orders above ₹3,000/-.
- A standard shipping fee of ₹100 applies to all orders below ₹3,000/-.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional charge of ₹50.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
- Customers may track their shipment in real time through the link provided.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected serviceable pin codes only.
- Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address to receive the order.
- Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions or suspension of COD facility for future orders.
6. Delivery Concerns
- In case your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
- We will initiate an investigation with our courier partner; however, resolution timelines may vary depending on the courier service.
7. Incorrect Shipping Details
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing the order.
- House of Sawara shall not be liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).
- Re-shipping charges shall be borne by the customer in such cases.
9. High Value Orders (Pre-paid requirement)
- House of Sawara reserves the right to accept prepaid orders only for orders above a certain value, at its sole discretion.
- Customers may be requested to complete payment in advance for such orders to ensure smooth processing and delivery.
10. International Shipping
- Currently, House of Sawara does not offer international shipping.
- We are working towards expanding our services and will update this policy once international delivery becomes available.
11. Unboxing & Claims Policy
- Customers are advised to record an unboxing video at the time of receiving the package.
- Any claims regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be supported with a clear unboxing video.
- Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
12. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, House of Sawara shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
