At House of Sawara, we strive to ensure a smooth order experience while accommodating reasonable cancellation requests.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly with your order details.
- Once approved, prepaid orders will be fully refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- Customers may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further assistance.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch.
- Repeated cancellations or refusals may result in restriction or suspension of COD services for future orders.
4. Cancellation by House of Sawara
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
In such cases, any prepaid amount will be fully refunded.
