Exchange Policy – House of Sawara
At House of Sawara, we strive to deliver premium-quality products with accurate sizing and detailing.
Since each order is carefully packed and processed, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Exchange is only applicable for:
- Size issues
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
2. Exchange Process
Customers can contact us through our support email or Instagram with:
- Order ID
- Product images
- Reason for exchange
Once approved, further exchange instructions will be shared by our support team.
3. Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be provided.
- Slight color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen settings will not be considered a defect.
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.
- Shipping charges for exchange may be applicable.
4. No Return & Refund Policy
We currently do not provide returns or monetary refunds on any orders once placed.
